Our Care Wolverhampton

Our Care Ltd provides domiciliary care from its Wolverhampton base, helping adults maintain independence, confidence and familiar routines in their own homes. Home is where many people feel most comfortable, and our support is designed around the individual and the way they prefer to live.

We begin by listening. A care assessment helps us understand what the person can do independently, where support would be helpful, what matters in their daily life and how they prefer care to be provided. We then agree a personalised care plan and review it as needs change.

Support may include personal care, medication prompting or support, meal preparation, nutrition and hydration, mobility, transfers, companionship and assistance with everyday routines. We can also provide dementia-aware support in familiar surroundings, helping people maintain established routines, meaningful activity, nutrition, personal care and reassurance.
